Glossy Bingo Review

Glossy bingo is based around the theme of a shiny magazine. In terms of design and the way it looks it is certainly different, and does not really look all that like a bingo site. The style of a magazine sitting on a polished table with tea stains gives the impression that you can play bingo while drinking on your afternoon tea or morning coffee. The magazine is plastered with headlines, but click one of these and sadly you’ll only end up at the registration screen. Navigation is however easy and you’ll find lots of helpful information with the banking and support sections of glossy bingo.

As part of our overall inspection for this glossy bingo review we spent some time looking at the promotions on offer and specifically the terms and conditions that applied as we are interested in player safety. There are quite a few different promotions on offer, a varied selection that is also pretty unique. While there are details about the promotions there are not any terms so we looked through the main glossy bingo terms and conditions. While inspecting these terms we did not come across anything that we felt was unsafe or to onerous.

The registration process

Next on our list of things to test for this glossy bingo review was the registration process. There are two steps you can take to register a new player account. Home the page there is a quick sign up process where you just enter your name and email address. But if you use this you will still have to enter all your other personal details when you make a deposit. If you chose not to use this method then you are required to fill in your name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth and create a username and password. It is a very simple process and one that is also quick to complete. Whether you chose to make a deposit or not at this stage you will still find yourself in the bingo lobby area.

The lobby layout and design

The lobby area itself is not that easy to see or use. The colour scheme used of blacks and whites does mean you have to concentrate on what you’re looking at rather than having everything being sleek and shiny and just jumping out at you. On the right of the screen you’ll see Bingo Games, and here is where you’ll need to click to find different bingo rooms. There is a choice of 90 ball and 75 ball bingo games and two unique rooms – studio 54 and immortal romance. Immortal romance is better known for being a slot game, but here it has been adapted and turned into a bingo game which is not available at many other bingo sites. At the time of our visit for this glossy bingo review there were just two 90 ball bingo rooms open and the immortal romance bingo game which ran every 10 minutes. However, if you’re after slots then you will find hundreds of slots and side games to play. Glossy bingo uses microgaming software so this means you get access to all the big money progressive jackpot games.

The bingo rooms

When you get into the bingo room, the first thing you may want to do is to mute the sound effects from the chat room, as this can get a little annoying after a while. However, the layout is good and graphics are great. The chat box on the left of the screen is a bit smaller than other bingo sites, as below this you’ll see the selection of slots and side games. These games will open in a new pop up window, rather than be squashed up on the main screen. There are plenty of other friendly roomies to chat along with and the CMs are helpful when answering questions about loyalty points and chat games.

Overall summary

Our overall assessment and analysis for this glossy bingo review. This is one of those bingo sites that very nearly make it to the bracket of excellent, but just not quite. It has a lot going for it. There are great promotions, slots and the bingo is great. However, the navigation is not very easy in the lobby and there is a distinct lack of bingo rooms to join in with.
